We accept credit card orders by Visa and Mastercard. Please make sure to include the credit card number, expiration date, cardholder's name and full billing address.

ALL FREIGHT WILL BE PREPAID BY THE JOHN W. HOCK COMPANY AND ADDED TO THE INVOICE. Unless otherwise specified, domestic shipping will be by UPS Ground service. Our freight options include:

• UPS Red: Next day delivery of domestic shipments.
• UPS Blue: Delivery of domestic shipments within two (2) days.
• UPS Orange: Delivery of domestic shipments within three (3) days.
• UPS Ground: Delivery of domestic shipments by ground service, typically within 5-7 days.
• International: Delivery made by airfreight service.
• FedEx: Service available upon request.
